Coupons not automatically applying

   I have set my Discount Coupons to automatically apply and have checked and verified that they are setup for the correct products, etc. However upon testing a transaction, they are NOT automatically applying. They will apply if I manually type in the code, but I want them to apply automatically.

Has anyone seen this and does anyone have a solution?
