Hi,
Yesterday I had someone who tried running 14 different credit cards to purchase products. Fake name, address, etc... Thru Authorize.net I was able to check his IP address and person lives in Singapore. Obviously all stolen credit cards that were denied from purchasing. Did not get a notice from Authorize.net or ProductCart of this attempt. I actually check Authorize.net for unrelated reasons and found this out by myself. My question is, is there a way for ProductCart stop someone from an IP address from attempting more than let's say using 3 different credit cards? Or is that an option that Authorize.net should give? Thanks. |

We have built code in the past to address this. It was long ago, and the store where we did this has slipped my mind, but it was not difficult. Want help?
