Custom confirmation email for offline payments

   If a customer selects a offline payment option i.e. Direct Debit or mail, it would be beneficial to provide the bank account details or postal address in the email to advise customers how to make their payment.
I have this information displaying in the confirmation email but customers who have already paid don't need this info.

It could be added by having this information in the offline payment payment settings like the "Terms" option, with a check box for "Add this text to the Order Confirmation"
