Custom field for the Packing List?

Hi. 

I would like to know if it is possible to create a custom field, such as "ADD PEANUTS" 
to an item, then have that string displayed next to that item on the packing list that goes to our warehouse. 

On the pick list there is an "options" field. This would work perfect. 

If anyone has a simple answer that requires no coding... awesome!
