When a user checks out in my ProductCart v4 store, there is no payment option selected by default. If the user continues, they can bypass choosing a payment option. They then see a message: "Your order cannot be placed due to security reasons. Please try again", if they choose a payment option, no error appears. To resolve the issue, it would be nice if one of the two payment options we have would be preselected. I'm not sure why it's not set up that way (possibly something i did, but i dunno) - anyways, anyone have any insight regarding how to solve this issue?

We can't replicate this issue, and have no reports of this behavior from other users.
The first payment option - as per the "Order Payment Options" setting set in the Control Panel - is indeed pre-selected by default. This is true both during a new customer checkout and with an existing customer checking out. What version of ProductCart are you using exactly? Can you replicate the problem on any of our demo stores? |
