I have been using Product Cart for well over a year.
Today when I opened up one of my stores, the blue toolbar was gone. The toolbar in question is the one with "Home", "Settings", "Products", etc... across the topof the screen. How do I reinstate this toolbar? Thanks for your help! |

The admin menu is setdropdownmenu.asp, and it belongs in the PCADMIN (or whatever you may have renamed that) folder. It could be restored from your original distribution code if you still have that, or you could request the appropriate version from support.
The larger question is "how did that happen?". Has anyone been working on the site?

Thank you.
It was a Firefox issue, all sorted out now. |

Hamish was out due to a bad flu. We missed him and we know the entire ProductCart community that relies on his helpful contributions to these forums did as well.
Welcome back Hamish!! massimo |

Hi
Still - my reply may still be useful :- Do you have the "Noscript" add-on installed? It's either that or something similar blocking the menu from being displayed. Edited by Hamish - 17-November-2009 at 7:30am |

A general obvservation on this subject:
Theres always going to be issues with different browsers and different settings on individual browsers.
Clients want the best web sites but sometimes set their security settings so high that they can't see or use the sites functionality or get messages each time they want to use a script. Other times they are happy with the site but a single customer complains because they can't see something and the client thinks there's a problem with the site.
It's an ongoing issue and has been for as long as I can remember. I used to use a java viewer for my virtual tours prior to flash eventually being able to display them. Then microsoft had a spat with Sun and stopped shipping windows with the java virtual machine for about a year - nightmare !
