Display Setting Bug for Subcategories?

   With the latest ProductCart v4 standard SP3, I noticed the following issue.

For category display options, in choosing how categories and subcategories should be displayed, I selected "As a list (category names only)".

When I look at the store, the topmost (1st tier) categories are indeed shown as a list.  But the subcategories underneath those are not.  Those are shown with category names and thumbnail images.
