I have submitted a question concerning multicurrency and customisation to the presale support form 4 times, and never get an answer... does anybody have an email address or other way of getting in touch with early impact. Telephone is not convenient as i am in Thailand and timezones are out of synch.

Berni, we respond extremely fast to enquiries and technical support requests. It is absolutely impossible that you contacted us 4 times without receiving a reply.
