editing prices at the time of finishing a sale

   HI
All my orders  are mostly phone orders. My customer usually call me with the products that they want to buy. I enter all the info into quick books and process the order. 
I know I can do this logging in as ADMIN and processing their order, I run into a problem on most instances using PCart. On most occasions my customers tend to bargain and I end up giving them a few dollar break on each of the product that they buy, And this is the only thing that I cannot do at the time of finishing the sale. Is there a way to edit the price for a particular product at the time of checking out as an ADMIN user.
