error connecting EI gateway and product cart

We are getting an error when we try to submit a payment using product cart. We put in the key and all the credentials from our gateway with is Early Impact gateway and it is not processing. The error that it is giving is "The requested URL / swpcshop/pc/gwEIGateway.asp was not found on the server. Please any assistance with this issue will be much appreciated.
