Error importing .iif file

   Hi everyone, I'm completely new to product cart. I'm using the quickbooks add-on  and I'm trying to get it set up. When I try to import my .iif file, I get this error:
index_import1.asp?s=0&msg=Invalid+file+type%2E+Only+IIF+ %26+XLS+files+can+be+uploaded+to+the+server%2E 
I don't know much about product cart yet so please bare with me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
