I see in the db "categories" the fields "pcCats_FeaturedCategory" & "pcCats_FeaturedCategoryImage". I also see in "viewCategories.asp" that pFeaturedCategory is set and then called multiple times.
What I can't find is how to set a category as featured within the CP. I've tried manually setting "pcCats_FeaturedCategory" in the db to "1" but that doesn't seem to work. Where's the setting in the CP to turn on a category as "Featured"? Christie |

Hi Christie,
This is under "Display Settings" when editing a category, for categories with sub-categories. I'd strongly advise against manually editing the database as this can result in all sorts of potential problems, for which we would not be able to provide support. Thanks, I kept looking at the category I wanted to "feature", not the parent category.

Point 2 - That appears to only "feature" a category when you're looking at it's parent. Any way to change that so it has higher visibility?
