For some reason since I upgraded our site to v3.1, the search function (either throught a small search box or advanced searching) times out. Here's the error I get:

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'

Script timed out

/ecom/pc/showsearchresults.asp

The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools.

I haven't altered the showsearchresults.asp file at all. If anyone knows how to go about remedying this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance

A fix for the timeout issue has been posted to the Just In section of the ProductCart Support Center.

http://www.earlyimpact.com/productcart/support/index.asp#new Issues

The issue does not occur on all servers. It's a "famous" problem with the location of an NTEXT field in a SQL query. Unfortuantely the stores we tested with did not show the issue (nor it was reported by any beta tester of v3.1).

Thanks EI. Your updated files fixed both of my issues, search timing out and USPS Priority Mail rates not being returned.
