Products appearing different on invoice?

   We have two different products, that are setup similarly (apparel product, same/similar options).  However, one of the products has the selected option displayed on the invoice in parenthesis next to the item name, while the other product does not.  Does anyone know what we could/should do to get the other product to show the selected option also?  Thanks in advance.
