   We are a surf shop and our biggest drive is the boards.
We've had a couple of orders come in for multiple boards.  Both times the system did not charge shipping.
It took some digging but I finally figured out our shipping table had entries every three pounds up to 91 and 92 pounds.  The boards don't really weigh that much, but it was supposed to give us fixed prices on the two types of boards.
The two orders came in with no shipping charged (should have been close to 160 bucks).
Turns out, the table looked up past 92 pounds, found nothing and therefore the shipping must have been free.

I've changed it to 92 pounds being the max in any single box, and I've hidden the number of boxes on the order (so i can ship two boards in a single box).  We'll see if this in fact fixes the problem.

Little by little, I'm figuring out how it all fits together.
