If a customer logs in incorrectly the resulting page does not re-present the CAPTCHA yet the login works. That doesn't seem right to me. Shouldn't the checkout.asp?msgmode=2&cmode=1 page also require a CAPTCHA entry?
Since it's possible to login w/o a CAPTCHA field I'm wondering if the CAPTCHA entry is even checked on the initial login screen? |

Hi,
Have you raised an incident ticket for this with EA? |

I'd forgotten about this issue, thanks for the reminder.

I now remember why I'd "forgotten". When we switched from using the temp URL to making the site live, the problem disappeared.
