Customization required - Phone orders

   Hi,

I am requesting a customization quote in Product Cart for offline payments such as taking phone orders or processing mail orders.  I would like them to be only visible to the admin person in the Control Panel and not to wholesale or retail web shoppers.

Any developer interested in giving a quote?
