How to remove countries outside of US in checkout?

   Hello -

I have a customer who only ships to within the United States.  He wants me to remove the option to select countries outside of the U.S. while filling in the "Billing Address" information.

	Settings, manage countries. Uncheck those you wish to hide.

	I initially tried that but it wasn't working? So I went in and changed the permissions on the /includes/ folder and it fixed it! Thanks Greg

	Permissions-related problems are tough. I did an upgrade today and the database upgrade cycled repeatedly until I realized that permissions were preventing the settings from being updated, and magically that allow the silly thing to finish. Ughh.
