   Does anybody actually have Product Cart 3.51 running on the Mosso cloud with default page moved to root AND custom 404 / url renaming?  If so, would you be willing to share your configuration?  For example... the web.config file.  And anything else you can share.  I have followed all the instructions for SEO and get a blank page when my url shows the renamed category or product page.

	Also, why isn't the SEO renaming thing integrated into Product cart already? Why is it that these changes have to be made? Couldn't product cart just ship with this feature?
