E-mail subject problem?

   Hi,

 When a new customer registers, admin will get one confirmation mail.

In that mail:
Subject : New customer registration
body:A new customer registered with your store. Below are the customer's
details ..... etc.

My question is that , i need to get subject as "New registered user to store" instead of "New customer registration".

Where  i need to change to get subject as what ever i need?
Its urgent. Please give me solution...
