When using the web interface to import products the process always times out. I need to be able to import large files that contain 60000 products and are 20MB. Is this a limitation of the software?

There are clearly limits to what Windows servers are capable of in terms of a batch process. However, it's really not possible to state that the limit is X, since those limits are defined by both the server environment, along with the software. Without question though, I'd not even consider trying to process 60k lines at a time. You may want to cut this down to a batch of 5k lines, and if that doesn't work, drop to 2500 lines, and so on until you find a value that works with your server environment.
