Forms

There are two forms (new account and email signups) running on a site I am helping with. They each have different autoresponder messages and are being forwarded to two different emails addresses. I do not see where the autoresponder or email forwarding is being controlled on the server side. I also don't see a configuration for these within Product Cart. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I can see the scripts on the pages containing the forms, but other than form names, I can't seem to determine much else.
