Is anyone else having an issue with USPS and international rates?
Right now we're only getting Priority International rates back from USPS, no First Class or Express. I've double checked and those are active as they always have been (we made no changes recently). PC 3.11a This is vexing. Got an annoyed email from an international customer wanting to know why we "raised" our rates and stopped offering cheaper options...which we didn't. |

You havent changed anything but USPS has! They recently made changes without (as far as I'm aware) any prior notice. We have updated files available : http://www.earlyimpact.com/productcart/support/index.asp#updates It's worth subscribing to the newsletter / blog / twitter feed (take your choice) so that you can be kept informed of situations like this. BTW I miss using my old avatar :-) |
