I am just setting up our reward points system and would like to have each item award 10 times the dollar value in points but only give 2% of the dollar value in money that the customer can spend when they redeem their points. For example, on a $10 item I would like the reward points to be 100 but the value of those points to be $0.20. Is there a way to do this? Right now the lowest % that I can set up is 1% which would give them $1.00 in the above scenario. Has anyone set this up and found a way to lots of points on lower priced items without giving away too much in $$ ?
