Is there a way to exclude a product from having Rewards Points applied to it at the checkout stage?

Here's the scenario I'm trying to avoid:
- We have our products & designer products on our site that earn rewards points
- We pay royalties to the designers
* For some reason consumers always buy Sally's products with their rewards points... so Sally gets no royalty ever.

Thanks so much.

Best wishes,
Andrea

Hi Andrea,
It sounds like a better solution is that the royalties should or could be based on the total without reward points being taken into account? After all these are part of your overall marketing strategy and not associated with any particular product or designer. How are you calculating royalties at the moment?

This is a new site, so royalties don't have a particular way of being calculated yet.

But I will recommend your suggestion to my boss. It may be the easiest way to go.

Thank you for your help.

Best wishes,
Andrea
