Filling this array --> pcCartArray(100,45)

pcCartArray(f,21) contains additional information (Description information) about the product.
For example: 

First part of the Desc field --> Custom Size Nickel Hanging Closet Rod (046964250327)
Second Part of the Desc field -->Length in Inches: 1 Items @ 56.5in. = 5ft.
The second part is what pcCartArray(f,21)'s value is.

I'm unable to find how it gets set.

HELP PLZ!
