Setting Delivery Rates Based on Zip Code

   I need to know if there is a way that I can charge a delivery fee based on the shipping address zip code.  If the current standard cart doesn't allow it, is there an add-on available?  This is important for local delivery companies in our area.

	If this feature is not currently available (or in the 4.5 release), do you think the best way would be to modify the code that calculates flat rate based on order amount to be based on Zip Code?
