Hello,
I've edited the products within a category by assigning an order value to each product. However, it doesn't appear to be doing anything, in terms of sorting the items based on my preference. Any suggestions? Thanks, Lucy Zoe

0's always go first in the order value and the default is 0 when you add or import products.. So it could be that you have a bunch of 0's in the list. If you do then just change those to a higher number or.... you could assign negative numbers to the products that you want to be at the top of the page.
