When I go to check for updates and download the file everything works fine till I go to open it. It then says invalid file and that it is corrupt. Anyone else have this issue?

We have not heard this report from any other customers, so please try re-downloading the update. If you still have a problem, open up a support ticket and we can try another alternative.
