Mobile Register/Login question

   Hi, I'm basically running one of the Bootstrap themes but, when I view the site on my mobile phone, I don't see the register/login button.  Is this functionality on purpose? 
We also haven't attached a payment gateway to the development site, so I can't get far enough along in the checkout process to see if there's a login area there.
