Custom Category Content

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   I read in the wiki that there is a way to have different content display for different categories. I would like the navigation to change based on the category selected. (I would assume I would need a different header for each category). Can anyone advise me on how to go about this? Better yet, do you have a code snippet that I can use - and where would I place it?

	Have a look around http://www.euphoriababy.com/, and watch how the left nav changes as you navigate the site. Is this what you have in mind, that the subcategories associated with each category are to appear? Or something else?

	It's custom code, and far from a snippet. We're in the process of implementing this in another store and discovered that the more complex the categories become, the more challenging the code ended up becoming. Please e-mail me if you wish to discuss having this work performed for you and I can also go into the details of our approach to creating this effect.
