I recently had a baby girl..I have not loged in to my control panel in a good 6 months. Can someone please post the link to the admin panel so I can try to login to my store. I am not even sure I remember my username and password but I am going to try whatever I can remember. Thanks so much. Jen

Hi Jen, The default is pcadmin, but the recommendation is to change the name, but it's very likely you will recognise, or easily work out, which is the renamed directory by looking via FTP. If your still stuck after that please raise a support ticket or PM me.

Hi, thank you for your fast response. What I am looking for is the default login link. Once I have the link, I can fill-in the proper domain name. I think the login link had a .asp ending. I am creating a different web site so the name that you see / logo is going to change. I was renting the name out to someone. I am launching my own site. The Temporary Site name is WinHD.com. My directory folder that has everything in it I believe is "store". Thank you aagain for every that has posted!!

The default would be http://www.winhd.com/store/pcadmin but as stated above, it is normally (and appears to be so in this case) renamed to some other folder.
You will have to FTP into the site and figure out what you named the folder.

LOL, Greg just beat me to the punch here. Clearly you have renamed your pcadmin folder. FTP into your /store/ directory. There will be a directory you should recognize that was created when you set up your store. There is no way any of us could guess what that could have been renamed to. |

I've once lost the login page too. We were on the road and the old laptop broke down. It was over 10 years old, so it was time for a new one. We went to a store and bought another one. So, you guest it, I could not remember the login url. This is how you get it. Go to your store and place a product review. Next, you as the store owner, will get an email saying that someone posted a review. This message also includes a link to approve the review. Click on it and it will go the the login page.

Hi Katharina,
That's a very creative solution - I like it :-) |
