Hi, i have been having this problem for 2 weeks, I really don't know what else I can do, hope I can find some answers here.

I'm with Webhost4Life.  The problem started 2 weeks ago where when I tried to login to control panel it is showing Product Cart user agreement page.  In the past, I just check on the agree box, and click submit, then it will redirect to the login page.  Well, I checked on the box, and click submit, and the site doesn't seem to respond, it just stay at the page.  So, after many many contact with webhost4life and 1 1/2 weeks later, they fixed it, I was kind of told that it wasn't pointing to the right domain.  I really don't know because the storefront seems to be functioning and I still get new order emails coming in.  Well, the problem continues, at the login page, I cant seems to login with my password, I'm sure my passwords are correct.  So then, I asked my associate to login with his password, and he is having the same problem.  I have ask webhost4life for support and they seems to be taking their time on it, and kept asking me for the correct password for them to test it out.  Well, would I be talking to them if I don't have the login problem.   I have 2 sites hosting with different hosting account (they may be on the same server, since they are not on dedicated server).. both having the same problem, one of the site still having the problem on agreement page. which the other fixed on the agreement page, but now cant seems to login with correct passwords.  Any advice would really help, I really don't know who or where to go to for help at this point.   I also asked them to recreate a different folder for the site, and see if that works, but still the same thing..

1.  Does anyone know or experience the same problems before?
2. is there anyway to make the password working like reset it?

WH4L has been making quite a few changes to their environment and CP and quite a few customers (not just ProductCart Sites) are experiencing similar issues.  We actually have acquired several hosting customers from WH4L because of these changes.

Not sure what to tell you on this one other than a few of us are certainly willing to take a look for you and see if it can be corrected.

I see Greg Dinger sent you a Private Message on the forum so definitely work with him and see what you can come up with.  You are in very good hands.

If you don't get the response you want from your webhost and are still having problems the quick and easy solution might be to switch hosts.

This might seema bit radical but its often more efficient than spending hours with them trying to resolve it. I am speaking from experience with a host I had a few years ago that started messing up my server and making changes to their systems without telling me.
