Order Shipped Email

   Does anyone know where to change the Order Shipped email?  I know how to use the Control Panel to change some of it, but I want to change the tracking link within the email.  I have searched for it, but cannot find it.  I want the tracking link to go directly to the UPS website for tracking, rather than sending my customers back to my website where they must login to track their package.  Thanks!
