BTO not functioning

   I have added the BTO files to v4.1 but I cannot see the difference.

There is no BTO menu, and my CP does not display the "B" as described in the read me file supplied with the files.

I have added the files again to ensure all files where uploaded but still no success.

	Please submit a support ticket. There must be a simple reason for this behavior.
