detail fields for QuickBooks data

   We are implement our Shopping Cart Integrator for QuickBooks and need to extract the required fields from the database tables. There are several fields that are composites ie payment details, ShipDetails, etc.  I need to know if these fields have single fields so not to have to parse them. If so, can someone please point me in the appropriate direction or the formats of these xxxDetail fields ie what are the posibilities, etc.
