Does anyone have the code to set up a drop-down menu for top navigation? Like on this site: www.seejanework.com? Thanks. |

I don't know but I'd like to know too. It's really user friendly if it can work with all browsers and not get interupted by any images overlapping the menu.

I use the UDM4 menu system and have altered my genCatNavigation.asp file in the admin folder to output an unordered list of category hierarchy. You can check out my genCatNavigation.asp file here. The documentation of UDM4 should be enough for you to figure the rest out. Our store does not take advantage of the wholesale customer type, therefore the wholesale .inc file is not generated - but it wouldn't be hard to add, just take cues from the original file. You can see how it looks here. For the left category navigation I plan to mimic newegg's system, which is generated dynamically based on what category you're currently viewing. Obviously, the site is nowhere near finished.
