   No one can send email to your customers via ProductCart.  Captcha is 
enabled by default on contact forms in ProductCart, and so "robots" cannot
 submit spam to you.   SPAM is a normal occurrence.  If there is a 
reason why you think it is related to ProductCart please open a ticket 
so we can take a look.
