custom shipping option question

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   I am using v4.6   

For shipping I use a flat rate based on the total order amount.  On my old web site it is broken down to Domestic rate, an International rate and Mexico/Canada rate.   It does not appear I can create rates other then for USA and International.......do I have another option to add Canada/Mexico as a separate entity?
