My boss was making a purchase via our online store to test out our shopping cart. He made two unsuccessful attempts to put a transaction through and got the following error message each time.
"Error 3: This account has not been given the permission(s) required for this request." The store is not in "test mode" and the customer's ability to place orders is set to "all customers". What do I need to do to fix this problem? Thanks, |
