Two Shipping Services

   We offer premium shipping services (likewhite glove) that is extra $150.  I would like people to be able to select that service in addition to the standard rate of the shipping.  I though about adding it as a product, but that seems dumb.  I could build it into the rate schedule too, but that is awkward too.

Any thoughts on a way to build that into the checkout page?'
