BTO Items sold by percent

   Hello,

I have a BTO with Conflict manger I am working on, the customer sells
brass lanterns that comes in 3 sizes and with 5 types of glass. The
problem I am running into is when they slect a size I then need the
glass price for that item to go up ( bigger lantern the more glass) 

Has anybody found out a way to put in a percent instead of a price for
BTO items? It would solve so many problems if I was able to put in 8% vs 6.50

When I contacted product cart I was told the only work around would be
to place in 3 copies of glass and use the conflict manger to gray out
the small, the problem with that is you now have 20 glass options with
too many dupes at different prices.

Any help would be great.
