What should one expect to pay per hour for an ASP programmer with ProductCart knowledge? Just curious about the experiences of others. Thanks.

That all depends on the country of the programmer and if they are apart of a company or not. $100 - $150/hr is not unreasonable for OWASP seasoned programmers.

From their site:
9131 chapter members worldwide
4802 project members worldwide I guess the rest of us are in trouble. We must not rate if we hadn't heard about OWASP huh? (sorry, early morning sarcasm).
Depending upon experience, programmers in the US commonly charge within that $100-150 range, regardless of their having discovered OWASP. Keep in mind that the rate one charges must also reflect costs of doing business, such as paying staff, insurance, office/equipment costs and so on.
