Getting confirmation page error in FireFox |

I get the error at the final checkout:
"This order was not found or you don't have permission to access it." it seems to redirect, since I am able to see the real confirmation page for about a millisecond. It happens in Firefox, but this is a big enough problem since many use this browser. I am using 3.5. |

Hi Otane,
This was a really odd issue. Apparently Firefox does a dual page load when there is a JavaScript or CSS error. Firefox tries to fix the error and reload the page. Unfortunately, on the first page load it clears the shopping session. So on the second instant page load the customer receives that message because the session is gone. We have changed the confirmation page in version 3.51, which will be released very soon. The issue is not known to exist using the default layout and is very rare. Most stores do not need to worry about this problem and do not need a patch. Open a support ticket to receive the patch. Edited by Matt - 06-December-2008 at 8:41pm |

I am sending you the ordercomplete.asp which was modified since I use a dropshipper and use their API. I received your updated files, but can't replace the ordercomplete.asp since it will overwrite the code.
