How to change the breadcrumb delimiter

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   Default breadcrumb is like:

Products: Category > Subcategory > Product

I'd like it to be like:

Products: Category :: Subcategory :: Product

...anybody have any pointers on where to look to change this?
