Reward Points for "Wholesale" guys only?

my client can't offer any reward points for his on-line customers due to policy, but he wants to offer his dealers (or wholesalers) the reward points program.

when i dive into those settings, i can turn on retail, i can tun on both retail and wholesale, or i can turn the whole circus off.

but i can't turn on wholesaler only to participate in the rewards points.

are there any wizards out here who know how to perform that little bit of magic?

if so, i'll buy the beer. might even let you pick the toppings on the pizza too!

I rather have it the other way around.  Give rewards points to my retail customers as an incentive to come back.  No reward points to my wholesale customers, since they are already getting a bigger break.  I also like to see the option of free shipping to only retail and none to wholesale.  Perhaps this is something that can be set up in PC, with the option of either one or both.
