Hi all- I have downloaded the updated files, gone through them with ExamDiff, made all my necessary changes, etc. Then I thought, why not go ahead and change the files associated with the SEO mod first. Then I could just upload all the files at once. Is there any reason why I should not do this?
Thanks for any advice!

You can do that Lora, but if you are saying that you have applied your changes to the 3.51 files offline it might be prudent to get them up and working - then focus on the SEO mod. That way you can be certain that you transfered your mods over correctly, and that they should apply to the SEO mod correctly.
I'm suggesting this since you already have done the edits, so it's not that much at this point to upload - upgrade the database - and do some review / testing before moving forward.
