If LIST PRICE (filled out) and SHOW SAVINGS (box checked) are done for certain items why doesn't it show up on the individual product page? |

By default, it should show. Should be like so:
List Price: $15.00 Price: $10.00 You Save: $5.00 (33%) (with the List Price having a strike through) See, for example: http://pc4.wmsmerchantservices.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=4&adminPreview=1 |

And if that is done correctly but it is still not showing the discount amount and Savings...then what ?

A link to your product page would be helpful, as well as perhaps your indicating the actual values you have entered. Is there an online price that has been specified? Any mods to the site?
