Has anyone created a "donations" page modification that works with Product Cart? A perfect scenario would be to create a product that allows the customer to add any dollar amount to purchase a "donation" and then checkout as usual.

Just create a product valued at $1 and code an HTML form on a donation page. The quantity represents the number of dollars.
