Hi, I have two questions . . . The first is on USPS shipping labels. I have client who I just set up on ProductCart. She ships via USPS and UPS. She wants to be able to print her shipping labels (here I am assuming that she wants to print the labels that go onto the packages, but not the actual postage, since she needs a scale/printer solution like pitney bowes to do so). She has told me that she cannot get it to work, that she uses Avery 8126 labels, 5.5 x 8.5". Can she print on these labels? It seems like PC can only do a full sheet? Second question: She only wants to do Paypal Website Payments Standard. This seemed okay, but she had a customer that didn't get processed all the way through Paypal, so had an incomplete order. So now she cannot figure out how to process the order through Paypal. Does she need to either add the virtual terminal or Website Payments Pro? Thanks for any and all help!! |

UPS is plain paper only (e.g. fold and slide in UPS pouch). There are technical reasons why printing "non image data" to Laser Printers from the web is not supported at this time, though we will likely support it in the future.

I'll tag on here... Whenever I try to use the USPS Shipping Wizard (v3.1) all I get is "No Label Generated". I've setup/configured my USPS settings as instructed. Any help? |

Make sure that the folder "USPSLabels" exists in the "pcadmin" folder and that is has "write" access.

I've verified that the folder exists and has the proper permissions. I'm still having the problem. |
